Allah manifests every atom of this reality from the inside out, instant to instant
Unless I am mistaken, there exists NO proof that a local OR omnipresent process/device/energy/conscience/allah/{insert name here}... which continually manifests reality. And certainly none for "instant to instant" manifestation.

I believe you can NOT prove Allah exist, nor can you define him (even Qur'an only gives us adjectives and characteristics of Allah).

You are not the first nor the last bigot who will fulfill the prophetic statements in 74:30-31, 7:146 and many more. I am not sure whether you will ever open your eyes and witness this great miracle but I still pray that one day you study it before making up your mind about it.

1. You 19 people don't even understand what "code" means. First go study the definition of what a "code" is... No one has ever found an authentic code in the Qur'an. This is a FACT.
2. If I had access to a supercomputer, I bet you if I remove a verse here and there from the Quran, id actually be able to come up with a code which spells out "code 19 sucks"...
3.Look up the example of Code 29... it probably took them like 10 mins to put that together,
4. I am not usually a prick, but for you, I'll make an exception.

I recommend you stop lying & deleting verses from the Qur'an ASAP. If you are truthful, please bring forward hard evidence. (You will ofcoarse never be able to)
3:78 - Among them are those who twist their tongues to imitate the scripture, that you may think it is from the scripture, when it is not from the scripture, and they claim that it is from GOD, when it is not from GOD. Thus, they utter lies and attribute them to GOD, knowingly.

If I am wrong, I hope God guide me. I pray the same for all of my Muslim brothers, including you.
Salaam

Why take anything for granted? How many scientific "laws" of the past are now disproven?

IMHO, code 19 is just a rip-off of the Bible Code; Its too simple to be divine... seems as just a coincidence. For example, why aren't the number of bismillahs a multiple of 19? Also, why is all the multiplication/analsys being done with base10 math, and not in Laplace or even Fourier domains? etc. etc.

boring and simple....pass

being able to go back in time, implies that you will introduce/create new energy in the past. This is ofcoase immpossible...

Sunni/Shia Religion / Re: How do YOU interact with the Sunni?
« on: February 05, 2011, 12:00:45 AM »
Some of my best friends (and also immediate family members) are sunnis. I love them; and they are my family. I don't normally correct them if I don't know them. I let them know my view in a humble manner whenever I can, especially friends or family...

Also, I attend Jumma. It serves as a reminder of community and a formal reverence of Allah (Praise be to Allah, the most merciful).

General Issues / Questions / Re: Splitting in to sects
« on: February 03, 2011, 10:17:36 PM »
As always, I agree with you. So when Allah talks about sects, is he just talking about names of groups that don't get along? By saying we are different than shias, because they have gone astray, does that make us a sect? I hope not, and maybe I am overcomplicating things, but can we avoid breaking into sects by keeping the name muslim and just living according to God's system without contending with sunnis and shias?

I agree... we need to try and be one family and community, and stop calling ourselves QURANIST or GOD ALONERS etc. This includes our sunni brothers; as long as we don't commit shirk, we can be guided together.

@OP
[30:31-32] Turn to Him, and be aware of Him, and hold the contact-method, and do not be of those who set up partners, or like those who split-up their system, and they became sects, each group happy with what it had.

Questions/Comments on the Quran / Re: 75:18/19
« on: February 03, 2011, 09:47:09 PM »
Salaam,

Translation is totally wrong! There is no "O Muhammed", "The Angels", "Your heart", "Your mind". Where did you get all this? The translation is simple as follows:

75:16    لا تحرك به لسانك لتعجل به
75:17    إن علينا جمعه وقرءانه
75:18    فإذا قرأنه فاتبع قرءانه
75:19    ثم إن علينا بيانه

75:16    Do not move your tongue with it to make haste.
75:17    It is for Us to gather and relate it.
75:18    So when We relate it, you shall follow its revelation.
75:19    Then it is for Us to explain it.

May Allah guide us all towards the truth  :pr
Mohammed M. Khan

Salaam Bro,
A few points:
1. I think ALL translations are wrong. Thats why I used the word "rendition".
2. The literal translation is indeed most similar to your translation above, however, the Qur'an is much deeper than word-for-word translations.
3. Here are major translations/interpretations in English of this verse:

Qur'an 75:16
Muhammad Asad-------------MOVE NOT thy tongue in haste, [repeating the words of the revelation]
M. M. Pickthall-----------Stir not thy tongue herewith to hasten it.
Shakir--------------------Do not move your tongue with it to make haste with it,
Yusuf Ali-----------------Move not thy tongue concerning the (Qur'an) to make haste therewith.
Al-Muntakhab--------------Do not rush O Muhammad to speak, but hold your tongue and listen to what the Angel relates.
Progressive Muslims-------Do not move your tongue with it to make haste.
Abdel Haleem--------------[Prophet], do not rush your tongue in an attempt to hasten [your memorization of] the Revelation:
Abdul Majid Daryabadi-----Move not thy tongue therewith that thou mayest hasten therewith.
Ahmed Ali-----------------Do not move with it your tongue to hurry/hasten/rush with it.
Aisha Bewley--------------Do not move your tongue trying to hasten it.
Ali Ünal------------------(O Prophet!) Move not your tongue to hasten it (for safekeeping in your heart).
Ali Quli Qara'i-----------Do not move your tongue with it to hasten it.
Amatul Rahman Omar--------(Prophet! when We reveal the Qur'an) do not move your tongue (with a mind) to repeat (this revelation in order to commit it to your memory) hurriedly.

Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali----Do not move your tongue with it (The Qur'an) to hasten on with it;
Muhammad Sarwar-----------(Muhammad), do not move your tongue too quickly to recite the Quran.
Muhammad Taqi Usmani------(O Prophet,) do not move your tongue (during revelation) for (reciting) it (the Qur‘an) to receive it in hurry.
Shabbir Ahmed-------------(Now whenever you read the verses of the Qur'an) read not in haste stirring your tongue. (20:114).
Syed Vickar Ahamed---------Move not your tongue (O Prophet!) about the (Quran) to hurry on with it (in its reading).
Umm Muhammad---------------Move not your tongue with it, [O Muhammad], to hasten with recitation of the Qur'an.
Farook Malik---------------MOVE NOT thy tongue in haste, [repeating the words of the revelation:]
Bijan Moeinian-------------O’ Mohammad, be patient in reciting and putting this Qur’an together.
Faridul Haque--------------O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), do not cause your tongue to move along with the Qur’an in order to learn it faster.
Hasan Al-Fatih Qaribullah--Do not move your tongue with it (the Revelation) to hasten it.
