Salaam,
Translation is totally wrong! There is no "O Muhammed", "The Angels", "Your heart", "Your mind". Where did you get all this? The translation is simple as follows:
75:16 لا تحرك به لسانك لتعجل به
75:17 إن علينا جمعه وقرءانه
75:18 فإذا قرأنه فاتبع قرءانه
75:19 ثم إن علينا بيانه
75:16 Do not move your tongue with it to make haste.
75:17 It is for Us to gather and relate it.
75:18 So when We relate it, you shall follow its revelation.
75:19 Then it is for Us to explain it.

A few points:
1. I think ALL translations are wrong. Thats why I used the word
"rendition".
2. The literal translation is indeed most similar to your translation above, however, the Qur'an is much deeper than word-for-word translations.
