Discuss Latest News/Events / Re: The two-hour "Anti-Islamic" movie
« on: September 15, 2012, 06:10:32 AM »
The two-hour movie, financed with the help of more than 100 Jewish donors, basically claims Muhammad was a fraud, showing Islam's prophet as a philanderer who approved of child sexual abuse, among other sins.

why do they get angry? even one of source of ideas of this cheap funny movie is hadits !!
if someone make movie based on hadits, they will see almost similar scene...

General Issues / Questions / Re: Debating a Salafi
« on: September 13, 2012, 07:05:32 AM »

Well I have been in several sunni and shiite forums, i have been called a jew, israeli, zionist, american, westerner, kafir, pagan, prophet-muhammad-hater, racist, hate-monger, apostate and the list goes on and on and even been banned. I have never seen any hadither coming here been banned or called all these above things.

Thank you dear

Submitters / Code 19 / Re: Rashad Khalifa: An Unanswered Question
« on: September 09, 2012, 11:27:40 PM »
I began questioning what I saw as the "idolisation" of Dr Khalifa by many Submitters.

I  am keeping an open mind about  this issue and like Good Logic suggests I TRUST IN GOD TO GUIDE ME. So for now I try to focus on understanding the message of the Quran rather than focus on who is/is not or was/was not a messenger.
i think your answer is wise. we have seen sunni idolize muhammad as messanger, why do we make same mistake after that? sunni prefer to hear what muhammad did from hadits than what god order to them from quran.

General Issues / Questions / Re: Why do you reject hadiths
« on: August 26, 2012, 09:37:51 AM »
Well its strange when you say that I am quoting it out of context.

I am following Quran and Quran orders me to Obey Messenger so I am obeying Messenger using the sources available to me.
You think that sunnis do not agree that Quran is the preserved word of God ? Every sect [except some of the shias] agree that Quran is preserved and in the form in which it was revealed and nothing has changed in it.

What you are doing is called "cherrypicking". You are taking few verses and ignoring the others.

And even you can get hikmah from learning Quran. Without getting hikmah, you are just like a donkey. Hikmah is derived from learning Quran, not another law except Quran. What hadits tell is Prophet Mohammad invent another law beside Quran. So many examples of it.
What do you think about rajam in hadits ? it is hikmah from Quran Surah Nur 24:1-6?

Where in the Quran does it say a woman must cover her hair?
But I hear it's haram not to wear one. I wouldn't want to disobey God, so if someone could help answer my question that would be great!

Nowhere a woman should cover her hair in Quran, just tradition among Arab [?].
Of course we should think that God never forget to ask a woman to cover it, if He needs so in Quran.
Haram (maybe, please ask Jews) for this case if you are Jews not for moslem who use Quran as guidance.
Anyway, as stated in previous comments, I think it is better to wear clothes according to local custom , as far under the rule of Quran, It will be good for us because it will not draw attention so much to us.

Sorry about my English
