peace,

Many people have written on this, including many posts on this forum, to name a few e.g.

If you do have an alternative, please also state clearly why other understandings may be wrong, be specific etc.

Salaam Wakas

to be more clear, from my understanding,  i will say that quite no  bank in the world is making riba.

i will not try to state why other understanding may be wrong since these understanding  never prooved that there is in Quran something that point to one of these words : capital, loan, interest, borrower, lender, schedulee of reimbursement and son on.

Actual understanding of Riba is all conjectures.

Riba seems to be related to something some people want to sell and God is saying that they haven't the right to sell it.
my question can be put in these other words:  What is the forbidden good no muslim can sell ?

Economics Forum / if Riba is not usury, what Riba can be ?
« on: Today at 01:26:23 AM »
Salaam All

i have now the conviction that riba is not usury or anything related to interest rates.

i will not enter in an economic debate. I just have to notice that Riba is severly punished by god and such a penality is too much severe for simple transaction of buying/investing transaction. Actual understanding of Riba will send all of us to hell.

I have, of course, a proposal for what riba could be.
i will not give my understanding now.

I am very interested with what other members of this forum can deduce for quranic reading and root analysis.
let say that it is an experiment i want to make ???.

as usual: ancients said..., leaders/scholars/hadiths said.., and so on are not receivable arguments.

Please note that "Riba is not usury" is here as hypothesis.

Thanks from now to whose who will give their proposal.

if muhammad was birth name of rassool then muhammad is a "pagan/idolater/whatever was his family religion " name
it is a clear anachronism for me.

it looks like a joke but since the beginning of islam, there was muslims who didn't practice the 5 daily ritual of putting face on floor towards the cubic stone in the desert while showing butt to Allah.

They are called Muslims who don't practice islam. They seems also to be a majority.
But they are Muslims who believe in Allah and in his words.

So sayings: "Muslims have always practiced the stupid body Salat" is a lie. An obvious lie.
Since the begginng, Muslims have always praticed the spiritual conexion to Allah.

We know also that Allah sent many messengers to many communities.
It seems strange that other communities have not the "body" salat as practiced by "community" of Muhammad.

Questions/Comments on the Quran / Re: Is Zina related to sex ?
« on: May 16, 2013, 12:11:48 AM »
Salaam mohf

I know riba has nothing to do with zina.
are you sure ?

There is no doubt from those verses that anyone who takes riba is a non-believer. The same way, when I read 24:3, I read it like: anyone who commits/committed/is commiting ZINA is a non believer; therefore, he can only mary a ZANI or a mushrik.

please , my question is clear, unless you suppose all atheists are making adultery, why zani don't marry with atheist ?

I am sure Zoroastrians have had monotheists too and are not only a bunch of polytheists / pagans.

Salaam Man Of Faith
i am sure that Zoroastrians have had also priest, cheikhs, false arbabs, hadiths and liers about Allah

And why do you feel Zoroastrianism is not part of islam?
And the people of the book also prayed somewhat like muslims do today.

salam man of faith.
dou you realize what you are saying ?
Deen of Allah is in words of Allah and nowhere else

i thank brother hichem9 for his post.
but also bukhari, muslim, tabari, ibn daoud, tirmidhi and so on are Persians.

In quran , Allah don't ask for stupid things such as prosternating towards a cubic stone  in a desert 5 times a day.

4:3 You have to promote social equity and help poor women to marry and get statute of mohasanat (women not in need).

33:50 and 33:52 is for muhammad and is a particular case. No more wifes but he has the special right to still with many women in order not to "Such is best that they may be comforted and not grieve, and that they may all be pleased with what you give them".

it seems that Muhammad was a specially loved man.

Salaam

Please note i am not trying to convince who rejected hadith text while accepting their teachings.

more on 4:3:
Word AQSITOU means Balance. QISTASS is used in Quran to mean a weighing machine
AADILOU means justice (getting what a person merit)
AAOULOU is is from AALA which means a part that is more elevated than another.
TABA means goodness and kindliness. TIBNA is same root.
ANKIHOU is used in 24-32;28-27 in obvious sense of make marry.  no where in quran (ele in alleaged 4-3), it us used in meaning of order to marry
SADAQA with plural SODOKAT : no need to explain
NIHLATA: give a women his dowry by kindkliness

MOUTHANNA is used in 34:6
MOUTANAA, THOULETH and ROUBAA expression is used here:
35:1 Praise be to God, Initiator of the heavens and the earth; maker of the angels as messengers with wings MOUTANAA, THOULETH and ROUBAA . He increases in the creation as He wishes. God is able to do all things.

if you don't believe in angels with 3 or 4 wings you can understand that by angels in number of two, three or four at the same time.
(note ajniha don't means wing for me here, but thats not our problem).

now, since all know what is difference between equity and justice:

4:3 And if you fear that you cannot be AQSITOU to the orphans, then ANKIHOU those who TABA to you of the women: MOUTANAA, THOULETH and ROUBAA. But if you fear you don't AADILOU, then only one, or whom you maintain by your oaths. This is best that you do not AALOU.
4:4 And give the women SODOKAT NIHLATAN, and if they TIBNA any of it to you of their own will, then you may take it with good feelings.

i repeat my question to polygamists: what is the relation between orphans and polygamy ?

concerning hijra:
Quran revealed in night of qadr.
Quran speaks about Hijra
=>Hijra before Laylatou el qadr.

i don't care what hersays says.

Other arabic meanings of words:
KHADIJA: the women who cannot complete pregnancy
FATIMA: the child separated from his mother.

i don't believe in existence of khadija and fatima (as biological daughter) and aisha and so on.
Abdullah cannot be the name of the father of Muhammad since it is a clear anachronism.
Muhammed is the orginal name of Muhammad only if we suppose that Muhammad is a pagan/idolater name.

i don't believe in all what hadiths said. I reject all their words, meanings, tales and teachings. I am totally kafir for all what is brought by hadiths.
26:221 Shall I inform you on whom the devils come down?
26:222 They come down on every sinful liar.
26:223 They repeat what they listen, but most of them are liars.

Only Allah explain Quran. Hadiths brings explanation of Chaytan for Quran.

salaam mmmm

i don't think.
articles of cheikh dukhani are recent and very complicated and irony is everywhere. they are very difficult to traduce.
he is "preaching" quranic views in an hostile environment of a "collective blog" where people comes not for religious reasons and where they are of sunni muslim tradition.
